Eye contact is very important when you talk to anybody. It is basic courtesy and gives the listener due respect.

Remember, there are two examiners. Eye contact has to be given to both of them. Remind your child not to just focus on the friendlier examiner.

If she is shy, advise her to look at their foreheads. This technique gives an impression that she is looking at them when she is actually not.
