Let’s face it. All the tight control over your child is going to sap your energy. He will feel drained too. So, letting go once in a while is okay. You are after all human.

Letting go can be bringing your child to an indoor playground, letting him dance it out on an X-Box game, or just allowing him to run it out with his sibling at the void deck. Treat this as a form of letting him recharge his batteries.

But don’t do this too often. Once a week is good enough.
