Qn: 越来越多学生沉迷于手机游戏。你有什么建议可以让学生不沉迷于手机游戏？

More and more students are addicted to mobile phone gaming. What can be done to solve this issue?

我觉学生沉迷于手机游戏代表他们还不懂得自律，父母和学校都有责任帮他们建立自律的行为。父母应该限制他们在家玩手机的时间，并和他们多进行一些有意义的对话、一起参与有趣的活动，培养一些好习惯如阅读。这样一来他们会渐渐发现除了手机游戏，还有其他的活动可以参与。学校应该禁止学生携带手机，毕竟学生在上课的时候不需要用手机，下课后也通常会直接回家。如果学生想联络家长，他们大可到行政办公室借电话，不一定要用手机。没了手机，学生在休息时间和放学后会有更多机会和朋友交流，而不是顾着玩手机。
