Joining Two Adjectives

This is a very simple but slightly tricky question. Most of our children will repeat the nouns twice in the sentence when there is no need to. Even some adults can be stumped by such questions. I see some concerned parents asking for clarification on whether there is a need to include the noun twice.

Note. This also applies to the connector 'and' too.

Example:

I love my blue dress. I love my pink dress too.

-> I love my blue and pink dresses.

-> I love both my blue and pink dresses.

-> I love my blue dress and pink dress.  X

-> I love my blue dress and pink dress too.  X

And remember to remove redundant words.
