Tip 3: Finding Points
1.	When you start looking at the relevant paragraph, it is important for you to keep the question in mind all the time. At the same time, you need to apply certain markings so that it helps you find the answer easily.
2.	First, look through each sentence and analyse if it applies to the summary question. Remember that you should have analysed the question and you are checking that if the particular sentence answers it.
3.	Once you have identified that the sentence answers the question, label the first sentence (or phrase if only the phrase answers the summary question) with the number 1. If this is a two- part question, then you can label it 1A if it answers the first part or 1B if it answers the second part.
4.	Continue with each sentence, carefully labelling each point you find with an ascending order. You need to look for 8-10 points. If there is less than 8 points, you need to comb through the paragraphs again and if you have more than 10 points, what can you do? I will discuss 3 common errors in the next few tips so that you will know how to narrow down your choices.
